when i have created a Game in LÖVE how i can make it that people with Linux maschines are able to buy the Game and play it. Do i just havo to give them the .love?

You can also try the love-release script (great tool) which can generate .deb files. I have not tested them so far, but .deb is an accepted standard among many Linux distros. Many games that say "we support linux" only support the .deb file.
For other distributions, you should still give the .love file out, but most "casual" linux users will probably use some flavor of Ubuntu where the installation of .deb files is very simple. This probably also takes care of the uninstall-process (again, I haven't tested it), which I find very important.

If you're going to just ship the .love-file, at least also ship some instructions on how to get it running, what Löve versions it supports etc.
My game called Hat Cat and the Obvious Crimes Against the Fundamental Laws of Physics is out now!
