Hehehe. I just opened two of my recently opened images, to show off the tabs.

It is a nice rose, I will admit.

Also, on my computer I use TextWrangler, which lets me put all 6 of my main .lua files into one window with a drawer to change between them. (Though I wish they'd switch to Tabs instead of the outdated and outmoded Drawer paradigm. Guess I'll have to fire off an email to BareBones support.)

Yes. An improved version (Vim = Vi IMproved) and the most popular vi clone around.

I really like TextWrangler though. I've tried VIM. It's not that special. TextWrangler is nice and advanced. I like it. It's free, it's the next best thing to BBEdit which costs an arm.

Vim and emacs together are powerful enough to create a new universe -- and destroy the current one. That's why no-one can use them both. (Also because there wouldn't be any hard drive space left for anything else once you installed emacs, but that's beside the point.)
