Uploading to Kongregate or Newgrounds

I'm fairly new to LOVE2D(Just started last month), but not new to Lua in general. I had some skills from a game called roblox. I've started a little project that was supposed to be just a test, but I have continued to add more onto it. So assuming that I really like it and decide to release it to the general public, how would I release it to somewhere like Kongregate or Newgrounds?

you should go ask on the kongregate and newgrounds forums, this isnt the right place

Generally speaking LÖVE is used to make games that need to be downloaded in order to be played. So you turn your .love into a .exe or .app. Not played on a website (there was some web-based project, but afaik its old and not functional).

A good place to release your games is itch.io

they did make a new web thingy but it's still unstable and not very well supported
