It gives you the formula, I've posted the coded formula in earlier posts.

Too late! Excited! How do you do the perspective?
The same way I did my other 3D engine.

Nope. It's not Mode7.

I'm working on a new preview I can show off...

Edit: Okay. You can get excited if you really want to. A real preview will come soon. For now, here's some animation goodness...

Sorry for the low quality, and fast animation speed. The animation aren't anywhere near that fast.

Edit 2: And one more recent non-animated deliciousness...

Props to anyone that recognizes the inspiration.

EDIT: The animation is very much a WIP.

The only thing that comes to mind is Chrono Trigger.

Far to recent. Think older.

Much closer :) I'm actually taking inspiration from my favorite 2600 game, Dragonfire.

Hello, first post here!

At the Berlin Mini Game Jam I teamed up with two artists and built this game in around seven hours:

https://github.com/ddfreyne/black-and-white

Up/down - move birds
Space - shoot

You loose health when an enemy makes it to the opposite side, or you get shot.

Download BlackAndWhite.love

@Jasoco: I've been looking at your last screenies (the rpg-maybe-thingy) a few times, and it is only now that I have noticed it was animated.
Those wind-effects and water-waves effects are stunning. Wow.
