That header file is from somewhere between January and July 2013. SDL 2.0.0 was officially released in August 2013.
Just editing the header might not help, because the SDL2.so binary file may be as out of date as the header files.

Are you sure you've got up-to-date packages? From what I looked up, sabayon is supposed to have SDL 2.0.3.

Hello everyone I already Found Out WHAT happens.
I try to give a make and make install, but the install script, not directly copy the files to the folders, still do not know why.
I soon found out I have to do the manual install the latest version of SDL2. Thank you for your attention and for your patience everyone, I'll edit the topic, to say it was possible to solve the problem. grateful
