I just started playing around with ray casting. So far, I have ported the code from first port of this tutorial http://lodev.org/cgtutor/raycasting.html.
The code is here: https://github.com/christiankolding/love2d-raycaster.
Hopefully it will soon get a lot more awesome. I'm planning to use my cellular automata random dungeon generator (https://github.com/christiankolding/lov ... -generator) together with this.

It's "Columns". An old Sega game released to combat Nintendo's Tetris.verilog wrote:Very, very nice, Ensayia, I love those "Puzzle Fighter"-like games, I used to spend hours playing the original. Damn! How did I forget columns? I see now that they are a little bit different. I was originally referring to Street Fighter's Super Puzzle Fighter, although I'm more fond of Mortal Kombat's Puzzle Kombat.Jasoco wrote:It's "Columns". @MadByte: Wow. I like very much the art!

I ported the mjpeg-player to love 0.9.*.
Now I'm looking for a way to release the modified version (the original had no license attached). I just wrote the author and asked him to attach a license.
I'll also port the nicer examples, so far I've only prepared the simplest example (mjpeg-player.love). However, this should be easy now.
