Re: My Adventure Game Engine (NEW DEMO ON PAGE 20! 6/17/10)
Is that a demand? Because I'm not ready to show what I've done yet. I changed things quite a bit. I will post some when I put my next demo up later this week. Earlier if you behave.

We wouldn't have to bug you if you just used GitHub or whatever.

It would of been nice to retain the screenshots for a chance to see the awesome evolution of this game.
Also, when you do stuff like change the timer settings that drastically, I recommend adding a comment that starts with a prefix like "NOTE : " or "BEFORE_RELESE : " to specify that for later on. That way, you can use a tool to find all instances of it so that you know what you may have to work on.

Good bye.

Have you considered making a GitHub repo so that people can do awesome stuff like comment on individual lines of code and very easily update their edition of your game?
Good bye.

I never thought about it really. Maybe I will eventually.
Right now I'm busy working on rewriting the boomerangs. They're no longer projectiles, rather they're their own object. Next I'll tear bombs out and rewrite them too. They've been buggy for a long time. Read: Not working perfectly and causing problems.

Assuming you refer to github. It will go well with your hat.
lg.newImage("cat.png") -- made possible by lg = love.graphics
-- Don't force fullscreen (it frustrates those who want to try your game real quick) -- Develop for 1280x720 (so people can make HD videos)

I was wondering that myself. lol
Was he referring to the wolf hat in my avatar? Does GitHub use a wolf as a mascot?
