Awesome level editor! Online mode was the best part of these games, because of all the cool content. "wuz dat suposed 2 b hard" lingo of 10 year olds, getting viruses from freewebs gameshark code websites, glitch clans, freeze flags, sending PMs that crashed the recipient and having your levels stolen and reuploaded to the vault were all part of the experience!

Garry's Mod (PC, Xbox)
You can make gamemodes and items with Lua! So much content! The creation tools are not nearly as accessible as Tony Hawk's (A 3D tile based level editor versus a full 3D brush-based environment that can have so many things go wrong)

Wario Ware: DIY (DS)
Make your own microgames! It's so different! Unfortunately, there is no easy way to share games, apart from registering friend codes.
