I've finally moved my lazy ass and started writing some proper documentation on PÄSSION.
You can find a (far from complete) version here:
http://kikito.github.com/passion/
I'm using github pages and jekyll in order to create them, and I'm having lots of fun!
I've developed the theme myself, as well as the templates that run under the hood.
I plan to use it as a "tutorial and reference site" for PASSION. I decided not to use the LÖVE wiki for this because: a) it has been down for some time and b) I wanted to have some control over what is displayed on this lib.
If anyone wants to contribute, they can fork the PÄSSION github pages branch and send me a pull request.
EDIT - damnation, there's something wrong with the nav bar at the moment. I'm on it.

Re: Your opinion on something
Just one question: why is there Ruby code on the main page?

As long as you point to it in the Löve wiki, it seems fine. The color scheme needs to change though. It reminds me of this.

Well, that was a test I forgot I did. I do program on ruby to make my living. I'll change it to LUA asap.Robin wrote:Just one question: why is there Ruby code on the main page?
Do you have any specific suggestions? I'm not exactly ... proficient on the heuristic methods of art and armonious composition. To put it midly.nevon wrote:The color scheme needs to change though. It reminds me of this.
The idea was using colors similars to those appearing on a passion fruit. I even created a color palette on colourlovers.
To me, all yellows look ... yellow. That's why in my code I call colors "red" and "darker red" instead of "primitive lust" and "deadly" those strings mean nothing to me!

You program in Ruby for a living, and you've been in the LÖVE CLUB and Lua for quite a while now. How come you can still give both the wrong casing?kikito wrote:I do program on ruby to make my living. I'll change it to LUA asap.
I might be able to help out.* I'll fork your repo tomorrow.**kikito wrote:Do you have any specific suggestions? I'm not exactly ... proficient on the heuristic methods of art and armonious composition. To put it midly.nevon wrote:The color scheme needs to change though. It reminds me of this.
* Note that you have absolutely no reason to believe that is true.
** Same here.
