Great article. Very true advice. The faster you get from idea to doing it, the faster you will come up with a proof of concept and the more concise your idea will be. Most new great game ideas dont turn out very good, so the sooner you can get something playable, the better. Motivation and excitement is like a currency thats worth more than money. Talking saps the project of both and, on the other hand, a great proof of concept will give motivation and excitement a huge shot in the arm.
