Applying forces in love.physics?

Post by Ace (SWE) »

Been looking for a way to apply a force to a physical body, couldn't find anything in the documentiation.

What I'm looking for is a way to apply a force to the outer rim of a ball in a direction set by the rotation of the ball.
I already have the neccesary formulas to find the points and directions neccessary but I lack the knowledge of any applyForce functions.

Function I'm looking for would be applyForce(body, x, y, direction, force) where x and y would be a position on/outside of the body.

[edit]

I fail at reading the documentation

Found a similar function to what I was looking for, sorry to bother you
