Whoops, it looks like the post I was referring to was in Support and Development.

Perhaps creating said post would be a good idea then?
This thread in Support and Development probably exists for a completely different reason, though.

If someone writes in the support-section, he probably wants to have help as quickly as possible. If everyone had to remind the person to provide more information it would slow down things considerably. In the project-section, however, there isn't really any urgency, so it wouldn't make much of a difference if people had to ask for more informations.

That's at least how I see it.
