Love 0.6.0 doesn't have animations?

er,where is the help document about the AnAL,I think i can't find it in the 0.60 document

Since it is almost fully compatible with the old Animations, I don' t think there is any.
Download http://love2d.org/ddocs/love-0.5-0-docs.zip for the documentation of the old Animations.

So animations are no longer part of the standard library? Why not?

I'm pretty curious about this too. I mean, it's ostensibly a game engine. I know there's a desire to pare things down, but if you pare down too much there's not a lot of reason to use it versus just using straight lua and coding everything up yourself.
