Re: A music equalizer visualization?
Well if you are really intent on coding an equalizer, then there are two solutions I present that are not of the moon, but from a drop of milk. Milkdrop 2.x, with free testing available from foobar2000's Spheck plugin (Windows) Or if you take the more open route, a ProjectM visualizer. ProjectM is v...

Re: [Ubuntu 11.04+] GNOME 3 context menu entry for love-unst
And you're using GNOME 2, right? If you can do this in Ubuntu 11.10 with GNOME 3, then I want to know how to enable it! I am using Ubuntu 11.04 with gnome 2.32.1 Yeah see, GNOME 3 is totally different. You should check it out some time, you know, before you post about GNOME 2 stuff in a thread abou...

Re: [Ubuntu 11.10+] Open-with entries (once and for all!)
Well, see, it doesn't. They both come up as two separate entities, and all the %U in the executable line is telling GNOME is to list this program. I don't know what it explicitly means, but I have seen it in multiple desktop files for Ubuntu so it must be there for good reason. All I know is that it...

[Ubuntu 11.10+] Open-with entries (once and for all!)
In the future, this may be fixed if the developers of the respective software are pushed hard enough. If this problem has been resolved, then this information is no longer relevant and can safely be ignored. I found it! The fix for GNOME 3's open with dialog! I learned something brilliant today. An...

Re: [Ubuntu 11.04+] Double-click to run for love-unstable
Ah, I miss the good old times, when you could right click on a .love file, choose "open with other application", and then simply write the command of the app you want to open the file with (in this case, love-unstable). This would then allow you to choose between LÖVE and love-unstable by...
