Re: IDEs for LÖVE

That's awesome! I got it set up, works really well. The only annoying thing is if I'm running the program without the debugger I've got to comment out the require('debugger')() line or it won't run.

Re: IDEs for LÖVE

Because LDT's debugger runs Lua scripts directly, but Love programs need to be run through the Love executable.

Re: IDEs for LÖVE

I've had some success using Lua Development Tools with Love. It's a Lua-specific version of Eclipse which has some nice features, though debugging doesn't work for Love programs.

Re: Roppongi Plus

Also, you it seems to only detect the ends of your stick-thing hitting objects, and not the section in between. Is this intentional? Yeah, it's intentional. That's how the original game was, and I think some levels would actually be impossible to solve if collision detection was run on the whole st...

Roppongi Plus

I've remade an old game I used to play called Go Go Roppongi Stick. I call my version Roppongi Plus. It's got all the original levels, I plan to add some more soon.

The only controls are the left and right mouse buttons. You'll figure it out pretty quick.
