I hacked an addition to the current version of love that adds love.graphics.ellipse(). (I needed it to draw noncircular planetary orbits). Thanks, that took care of it! I went ahead and built the function I needed and issued a pull request. I'll put a separate post up about it in case anyone else wants the code in the meantime.
