I wanted to make a little horror game thing, where in one part, it shows the username of the player (the username on his computer), how do I do that?

There would be a separate theme for the menu and the game itself in a game i'm making, how do i make the menu music alternate to the gameplay music?

So I'm making a dialogue based game, but without being able to say anything it would become just a reading simulator. How do I make a "Choice" system kinda like those in RPGs?
