and people generally find better support for the tools on the official hosted forums for them. I agree with you completely and I love these forums. Some people enjoy having everything centralized in one place (such as reddit), so that's what the subreddit is for. Also because reddit discussions fol...

Re: r/Love2d on Reddit is hosting a contest!
I'd say it's mid-size for such a specific subject. The r/circlejerk subreddit is very broad, while r/love2d is only for people who use Love. For comparison, the gamemaker subreddit is 2 years old and has 219 subscribers, and r/unity3d and r/as3 have around 600 subscribers and they're among the large...

Re: Space Opera Gravity
Your game looks absolutely amazing! It's everything I've ever looked for in a space game. Once it's farther along, have you considered doing something like Project Zomboid and preselling?

Re: Love.physics: Shooting objects towards the mouse pos?
Thanks for the reply vrld. So doesn't that mean that if you manually coded in the vector math rather than using love.physics it would go eve faster (because it wouldn't deal with anything else that the love.physics call did)? I'll update my tutorial on the wiki to use vectors tomorrow.
