There was issue compiling DevIL with gcc 4.2 so they (devil devs) made patches and removed ILvoid datatype .. http://love2d.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=394#p3894 =)

Not a translate problem in the same file but another issue =)
love_opengl.cpp and there was another file also - has a type cast to ILvoid - this type is not available anymore in the latest version of DevIL ..

I packaged love 0.5-0 for fedora.. Prebuild binary for f9 and source rpm can be found here: http://www.pcuf.fi/~rasjani/love/ So there ;) There's a bug in IL that is causing compilation issues in Fedora 10 -- those where fixed few weeks ago in upstream. Since - well, not sure anymore thou but - there was a talk about having a dedicated DirectX interface for windows version, it might make a sense to check out clutter project for non windows projects ? My vote goes for Trac. It has git support too (no idea what you guys use) + its own wiki implementation.

Better yet, uninstall first everything and scrape the registry for any leftovers and remove them by hand, then re-install =) Doing just "install over existing faulty setup" doesnt fix anything. In worst case scenario, you need to reinstall windows if you dont know how to isolate the proble...

^ earlier source tar balls and zip's had some missing files - those where reported to rude and i think he fixed those packages already..

Like few people mentioned allready, i dont see any reason why such feature (filebrowser) should be incorporated into love itself. Infact, for image/pr purposes i'd suggest against such feature. Love should be as "hidden" as much as possible for "serious" people to consider it as ...
