Hi guys, I'm new to using Love and have been having trouble with drawing a background for my game. I've been trying to draw a relatively small background for my game (800x600) but whenever is draw it, the game lags horribly. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to fix it. How is it I do that?

Hi, I'm pretty new to this engine, and have been having a problem that I just can't figure out. The character is able to move left and right, but when they stand where a different image is, like a door, the character in put behind the door's image. Does anyone know how to fix that?
